Dating back to 1606 with the discovery of the Chalybeate Spring, Tunbridge Wells is awash with history and has its fair share of stories to tell. Before becoming One Warwick Park Hotel, the site on which we now proudly stand had many different incarnations.

With its beautiful façade, One Warwick Park Hotel hints at a fascinating history. The main hotel building was built in 1900 for wine merchants, Pugh & Company,as evidenced by the relief of Bacchus, the God of wine, on the front of the building. The site fell vacant in 1967 and was occupied by toy manufacturers, Subbuteo, in 1969 before its next inhabitants, the South East England Tourist Board, named it ‘The Old Brew House’ in reference to its past. Fast forward to 2013 when the Brew House Hotel closed its doors to begin a multi-million pound rebuild. Now, more than three centuries after its original construction, the historic landmark has been given a new lease of life. Boasting 19th century timber beams and 15ft arched windows, the former School House has been lovingly restored with the assistance of visionary architectural and interior designs which have taken a series of unconnected structures and created a harmonious and unified building filled with light, energy and vitality.

Visitors to this historic landmark can expect a personalised welcome, knowledgeable and well-presented staff, a perfect setting for dining and unwinding in The Terrace, multi-purpose event spaces for weddings and conferences and bedrooms where relaxation and style are the priorities.

Composed of thirty nine rooms and suites and a range of entertainment spaces, housed in the main hotel building and the neighbouring Townhouse, One Warwick Park Hotel brings a luxury guest experience with contemporary elegance and functional design to the historic spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

Our bedrooms are decorated with a classic combination of neutral tones, luxurious handmade curtains, bespoke walnut furniture and custom-made furnishings. They have been carefully designed with your comfort in mind and every thought has been given to the requirements of our guests.

We pride ourselves on all aspects of our guests’ experiences during their stays. Much of this comes down to the impeccable levels of service we employ as our team consistently goes above and beyond with each and every visit.

Adjacent to the famous and picturesque Pantiles area and only a few minutes from Tunbridge Wells railway station, the hotel is perfectly located for enjoying all the activities that this beautiful Kentish town and its surrounding countryside has to offer.

Of course, a trip to Tunbridge Wells is not complete without a glass of the local spa water. Served by an assistant called a ‘dipper’, the water’s supposed healing properties made the town fashionable in the 18th century. Rich in natural iron and minerals, the water is not exactly delicious but in sampling this local offering, you’ll be following a time-honoured tradition.

Why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage or facial whilst staying with us at our in house spa, Coco Blush. With its calm and peaceful environment you will be sure to receive a warm and friendly and professional welcome.

One Warwick Park Hotel can cater for your business needs whether it is with a stay in the hotel or the use of one of our exceptional spaces for a meeting or conference

So, whatever the purpose of your visit, be it business, tourism, shopping, celebrating a wedding, honeymoon or anniversary, we are sure your stay at One Warwick Park Hotel will be unforgettable.

One Warwick Park Hotel looks forward to extending a warm welcome to you very soon.
